Behaviour Change and Corporate Social Responsibility Academy & Conference

The NSMC held its Behaviour Change and Corporate Social Responsibilty event in London on 26 – 29 March 2012.

The event was held in direct response to a growing awareness of the role of business in influencing society’s behaviour, and companies' focus on the impact of their business on society. The event was delivered in two parts:

The NSMC Behaviour Change and CSR Academy: 26th & 27th March 2012

The Academy covered social marketing methodology and trained delegates in the process of planning, implementing and evaluating behaviour change programmes using a social marketing approach. The course was accredited by the Chartered Institue of Marketing and delegates had the opportunity to sit an assessment at the end of the two days to acheive The NSMC Level 4 Social Marketing Award.

The NSMC Behaviour Change and CSR Conference: 28th & 29th March 2012

The conference included industry leading speakers from across the globe speaking about how business, government and NGO’s can work together to simultaneously achieve business objectives and improve society. Delegates also participated in a number of discussion groups during the conference, looking at a number of the issues around CSR and behaviour change. Speakers at the conference included:
